NO SONIDO on my kira n7000

I have an airis kira n7000, a have a problem with my browser and i have make an new installation of the OS, the last version of the android for this model.

After the installation of the system the SOUND is not working.
Any suggestion how to resolve this problem?

acio, there is not any correction/modification in sound feature so if it was working before the OS update, it should be working after this. Please try to do the update again and confirm the version in Settings - About the device.

The version after update is: 2.2-update-AIRIS-r1.13A.

Still no sound, no sound in jack, can't even record sound.

Can you create the upgrade card again and re-flash the device? Please try to use a different SD card or PC/Notebook or WinImage version...

The problem is still there.

I have use two different notebooks and two different SD card and two different version of android an WinImage. No sollution.

If you have a N7000 netbook in hands and you are using the right FW image file, I think the issue is not because the upgrade process but something is wrong with the sound feature itself. Sorry but I think it is HW issue.

Maybe you could check with old FW files from our Livedrive (Public folder)
